Taking stock after Glasto... time for summer...

View from the top of Park/Tipi bank across the site to the Other stage, John Peel stage and Pyramid.

It’s been a really hectic year so far, with my usual spread, fighting the Chell v Tarmac [2022] EWCA Civ 7 'workplace horseplay' appeal (our SC application pending) and winning the fascinating Mathieu v Hinds & Aviva [2022] EWHC 924 (QB) 'artist TBI' trial (D's CA application pending), working on the Grenfell litigation (ADR pending), settling an interesting subarachnoid haemorrhage clin neg case, adjourning a military TBI 'helicopter in the head' trial etc., so glad to have chance now to take stock - and post again.

First, thanks to all those I have worked with, clients, instructing solicitors and juniors. Have really enjoyed your support this year!

Away from the day job itself, I've had a fantastic first time (working) at Glastonbury 🚌🕺(lots of wonderful stuff but a special highlight for me was seeing the virtuoso Jack White again for first time since White Stripes at Hammersmith Odeon in 2006) and at Henley 🚣🏻‍♂️ (wearing Welsh Rowing Chairman’s hat🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿)... and now looking forward to some time in August to holiday and catch up with some writing.

Back to the job.... I do have some capacity atm, especially before the Autumn deluge, so if if you need something done quickly then this July is a very good time to ask. It takes time, but I promise to be quick! 😉

Have a great summer everyone...
